A project to create 160 student accommodation units from the existing 31 units by extending the existing building and adding a rooftop extension to create an accommodation hub close to the University of Derby.

A skin of metal perforated mesh functions as a light regulator to be a soft, unifying veil that wraps around the building.
A quick and quiet construction process will be achieved by utilising pre-fabrication processes with the new student units having the capability to arrive on the back of the lorry and craned into place.
