A purpose design and build development allowing young adults with autism to live independently. Comprising 12 high quality flats over 2 floors, each with a well-appointed bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. All flats are accessible for those with disabilities, including wheelchair users and there is a fully accessible lift to the first floor.

Incorporating state-of-the-art learning and best practice in construction techniques and the understanding of tenant needs, we believe that it will be the best example of this type of accommodation in the UK.
