A recently completed commercial development at Charles Baker Place in partnership with Chester Row. Set in an old school building, the design consists of three newly built modern houses with gardens and studios, two converted houses with new basements and balconies and three duplex studio units. Partial demolition of the original buildings was required; the new–build terrace consists of reclaimed London yellow stock bricks, large glazed openings and burnished bronze panel cladding.
