JDA was commissioned to renovate and convert this Grade II listed building of great maritime historic importance into a private home. Careful consultation took place with Historic England to ensure they approved of the proposed designs prior to the successful Planning Application. The design proposes modest changes to the existing structure and the addition of a lightweight raised roof providing amazing 360° views of the coastal environment and surrounding landscape.
