Situated on the ground floor and basement of a Long Acre building that was previously used to service vehicles for the old Covent Garden Market – now restored and converted into a new restaurant. The restaurant comprised 350 seats with bars and private gallery dining. JDA undertook the concept and detail design of all interiors and shop fit contract. With bespoke furniture, bar and service units designed to match interior fit out. The first floor included a training centre and administration. The back of house included commercial kitchens, bakery, butchery and service zones providing for other restaurants in group.
