This new-build house is set in a landscaped garden in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the Green Belt within the grounds of a racehorse stud farm. The house is curved in plan to respond to the topography of the site, with views onto the surrounding paddocks and lake. The living space is open-plan with large glass panels and sliding doors. Terraces extend into decks over the lakeside, offering combination indoor–outdoor living space. The interior fit–out has been designed with emphasis on clean, contemporary finishes and design. The original farmhouse was demolished.
